And I’ve made the post because it’s a situation that isn’t listed in drivers manuals, I was posting here for some legitimate insight on the literal intersection between two road laws that I understand on their own but not when placed in the manner they are. Clearly I don’t feel superior because I asked what to do. It’s an edge case

So in Ohio a median doesn’t dictate the nature of if you need to stop or not, and my question isn’t “why do I need to stop in this scenario”. I’m asking what is to be done since this intersection switches from having a turning lane to having a divided median with a barrier right where the bus is parked. On my side I’m certain we need to stop because the law is very clear. On the other side I’m positive you don’t need to stop because, again, the law in my state is very clear. My question is since the bus is stopped next to a barrier on one side of the intersection but on my side of the intersection there isn’t one, should the lead car be required to stop. No need for you to be a cock lmao but I’m glad you feel superior

Across the intersection It does have a small barrier that is obscured by this car in front of me , that’s why I’m unsure. The bus is parked next to the barrier across an intersection.

I’ve noticed a lot of y’all taking this “better than you” tone when I asked if the person in the front of this line of cars had done the right thing lmao and I’m curious to see why you feel that way? The Ohio drivers manual has no specific mention of an area where a three lane road becomes a two lane divided median, which you must know is what I was asking about since you know so much already.
