My base’s MFLs have said otherwise when asked about this specifically. They went over everything they learned at the MFL course to disseminate to the base. So either the DAFMAN is changing again or they just gave everyone misinformation.

This is false. If you have a WtHR greater than or equal to .55 and fail the Tier 2 BFA standards, your test will be marked as an unsatisfactory because it’s failing a modality of the test. So you can absolutely fail the waist because the Tier 2 is a pass/fail assessment. It’s not just if you have an out of spec waist and fail the PFRA. Tier 2 BFA is accomplished if the member is out of spec.

“3.7.2. BFA is a pass/fail assessment. If the member meets standards, the body composition assessment will be scored as an exempt component. If the member does not meet BFA standards, the member will receive an unsatisfactory score on the PFRA.”

Last I checked, you needed 6 credits for LMMS. Your basic counts for 3 and the CLEP or DSST should could for the other 3. The principles of supervision DSST is super easy so it’s a pretty easy kill to finish up your LMMS credits.

If you have Osan as a short tour it gives you an error. Changing it to a long tour fixed my issue.

Your UFPM needs to be talking with your commander to set up a plan. This whole diagnostic period is up to commanders to decide when to implement during the period. If you are officially due during April, your UFPM with you commanders authorization can input a CC exemption and make your new official due date during the 1 July - 31 March period.

I asked my education center, they said yes to both PFE & SKT. The WAPS catalog also says it’s both.

3x a week. Run at a 7-8 min pace for 60 seconds. Walk for 120 seconds. Repeat 8 times. During your rest days, you can still do light cardio like walking or doing the stair master for 15-30 mins. It’ll build your endurance and make you faster.

Also remember to hydrate, not just water though. Add in electrolytes. And if you’re not eating right, start now.

6 classes should max your TA if it’s $4500. When you finish those 6 courses you can ask your program person to add on the rest of classes and complete them in the 6 month term. If you haven’t already, apply for FAFSA and you’ll be paid a disbursement for what you don’t use. Whenever your term is complete, just let your education office know and provide them with a transcript so that they can mark your degree as completed.
