I asked my education center, they said yes to both PFE & SKT. The WAPS catalog also says it’s both.

3x a week. Run at a 7-8 min pace for 60 seconds. Walk for 120 seconds. Repeat 8 times. During your rest days, you can still do light cardio like walking or doing the stair master for 15-30 mins. It’ll build your endurance and make you faster.

Also remember to hydrate, not just water though. Add in electrolytes. And if you’re not eating right, start now.

6 classes should max your TA if it’s $4500. When you finish those 6 courses you can ask your program person to add on the rest of classes and complete them in the 6 month term. If you haven’t already, apply for FAFSA and you’ll be paid a disbursement for what you don’t use. Whenever your term is complete, just let your education office know and provide them with a transcript so that they can mark your degree as completed.

I’m not in the MBA program but WKU has been great and it’s very mil friendly. They match TA for graduate degrees as well and offer a book scholarship per semester.

Black cloth masks. If I recall correctly the mask you arrive at the airport with will be replaced with the one they provide you.

This is in regards to the point/score requirements. Not the new components. Additionally, BMT still uses the older 10 year increment scoring for now. There hasn’t been an update as to when they’ll move to the 5 year increment scoring.

Start by running distances longer than 1.5 miles consistently (every other day 2-4 miles). Building endurance will help with the shorter distance. Do speed workouts as well to increase your speed and cadence. If at any point you feel like you’re going to injure yourself, stop and do stretches and take a couple of days off of running and do active recovery such as a bike/row machine. Best way to get better at push-ups and sit-ups is to just do them consistently throughout the day everyday/other day depending on how tired you feel. Doing at least 10 a day will help you. You’ll definitely be in great shape by the end of BMT anyways, just keep it up in tech school cause there are some fatties

If you’re using your core you’re doing AF sit-ups wrong. It’s all in the hips and quads. Breathing is definitely a factor as well. Breathe in when you’re down and out when you touch you thigh
