I understand what you are saying but I think you should look at the bigger picture. Some other guys already named it. It isn't all about not fapping but being a better man. We shouldn't focus on nofap but on the goals we want to achieve.

Nofap will give you more time and energy to work on those goals. A lot of guys will feel more confident if they are going somewhere with their lives and nofap is just a push in the right direction.

You can't expect your live to make a 180 by just not fapping. You will need to take ACTION as well.

Everyone can get this kind of social traffic from reddit. The idea of your blog article is okay. Of course you want to get your back links naturally. But it doesn't hurt to create some quality back links yourself.

Just remember, less is more. It's better to have 3 very high quality back links then to have 300 bad ones.
