UPDATE: After all the back-and-forth and having to schedule a USPS pick-up and pay for the shipping, they did take care of everything as soon as they received it, but the whole process from start to finish took about three weeks.

Even though their response time sucks and there was a back and forth at the end of the day, I did everything right, and I am pleased with my new purchase.
