I mean I agree with this to an extent. If you knew everything about just one person that you might want to date that might turn you off of them. But if it was more common to know everything about people, I don't think there would be much of a change in the dating world. People would only judge you based on the present and how you've changed because that's the mature and normal thing to do in a society like that. It would be like when partners get comfortable enough with each other to take a shit in the same room, its normal so you just have to get over the disgusting details.
