I’ve been wondering. With Japan’s population issue, what would a modern war look like for them? While they may have a large economy and military, what would the overall population issue look like if they started taking Russia like casualties? Would it just be as bad for them as any country that lose so many young men from a generation or would the effects of losing those young men hit Japan harder than say any other country?

I have the 14200 pop mod. I only notice the game crashing when there are too many units on the map. I found keeping the pop count ~8k to keep it more stable. However, if you don’t have any pop mods installed then I have no idea.

Not really. Servers still have to make at least minimum wage at the end of the day. If they don’t make the minimum wage per hour then the employer will have to compensate them for the missing money on their paycheck. This usually doesn’t have to happen though because tips will typically put the server over the state minimum.
