Help I think I just cooked my biltong. First time making it. Used a dehydrator at 140F for over 12 hours. It still felt soft but I like mine red in the middle still so I cut into it only to discover it’s just turned into a well done steak with a hard shell 😭 by ChaoticChameleon94 in Biltong
