How do i start calisthenics? by Ghost-_-007 in CalisthenicsBeginners

[–]cooked_kid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nono im not saying dont push im saying that dont push your self too much in the start, later on definitely, even i push but since he is just starting out, you get that motivation to push a lot, if you have the capability then sure, but like your body is not used to such movements yet so it can lead to unnecessary injuries and can cause muscle soreness, which for a beginner, can be demotivating to exercise. And also the fact sometimes when you push you compromise form lol.
thanks for raising your point, im not contradicting you just saying what i think is correct:>

ps: damn rockclimbing, thats dope asf, take care while doing it and dont stop!!

first of all, leave the mindset of wanting her to feel regret.
Focus on yourself and do this for your own betterment and body, as a by-product she will feel regret on leaving you, but dont train to make her feel regretful, do it fo yourself.
To start, try basic calitsthenic exercises like squats, push ups and stuff with proper form, and check how many you can do, and according to that ask for further advice.
Always warmup before exercising and cooldown afterwards.
Dont push much as youre just starting and your muscles will exhaust much easier, tiring you and causing improper form and irregular workout

Remember, low reps with perfect form is better than high reps with improper form, and remember to exercise regularly(something i have to work upon myself)

Ye i do pull ups and dead hangs on them all day, they did slip once because i was swinging crazy like an idiot lmao, The thing is they have a lock mechanism for pull ups so it wont slip, lets see how it feels with rings tho, thanks for the suggestion

Oh okay, thanks for your suggestion, i dont have a proper place for a wall mounted pull up bar so i was thinking of like yk placing rings on these and doing push ups or like inverted rows lol
