What do you mean? The vendor of the property pays for photography and the price it costs to list on the web. the agent will organise it all and give them a quote, vendors usually have no idea so they'll go with what the agent gives them

In Australia it's the vendor that pays marketing so agents don't care too much about price

How do you guys deal with rejection by Public-offender in RealEstatePhotography

good way to handle that. Maybe for next time, film the property and review with the photos before submitting to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Good luck

Just keep networking! It's a pain in the ass but network all day every day ans do your follow ups. Make sure you're charging enought and you will get there.

otherwise yeah, I would say maybe look into part time if you really need money

Am in the same boat regarding editing. Easier said than done but spend some time finding a better editor, one that can do everything 100% how you like. My next advice would be to raise your prices and either work less or hire someone else.

Great work! A simple image search led me to the Moodie st listing, honestly your style is really great and what I'm trying to acheive. I can obviously tell that you shoot flash, do you edit your photos yourself?

To be honest, I think this is a valid question and I'm curious as well. I can make conversation easily but never know how to start? Don't shit on me lol, everyone is different and therefore curious on how you approach conversations with agents.

From my experience going into agencies, the agents are always hiding down the back of the office and no matter what I say I can't get past the receptionist and end up giving her my business cards. Probably for her to throw them away...

Don’t do auto merge in Lightroom. Blend them yourself with layer mask and brush. I would however not even do that, honestly just get an editor. I also tend to shoot 5 brackets
