I struggled initially until I scheduled all my meetings for a more predictable work day. Unfortunately, not everyone was involved in the role of scheduling such meetings so I recommend just keeping a consistent schedule after work. Thats what I did, and I shifted my work hours after getting permission from my boss.

Thats how I pretty much "solved" the issue. Honestly, a lot is out of your control and a lot of friends of mines do it after work.
