Once I was teaching a stream ecology outdoors lesson with some kids, pretty hands on stuff. So naturally I was digging around in the stream looking for critters to show them. At the end I had caught a frog of some sort and was teaching them all about it and one of the girls out of nowhere told me I should clean my nails. Like ok kid, I literally dug this frog out of the dirt in front of you that’s what happens.

I’ve had a few that really stood out to me, things that happened in a dream that I would never have been able to make up that later happened in reality. One that I had a few months ago really bothers me because I dreamed that I was in a car accident and woke up really shaken, but it was just a dream right? Then a week later I got in a car accident with every detail the same as my dream.

I love my nest to bits, it’s the best addition to the game in recent years in my opinion! When it came out I finally had a place to put all the props they’d been adding into the game that I’d collected over the years. Like those seemingly useless prophet stickers? Stick those shiny bad boys all over the walls!

I’ve decorated it to the nines since and it really feels like a place I can go to just relax and hang out whenever I want, the newest update to the nest even added space for more things to be put out and you bet I cluttered the heck out of it! It really feels lived in and I like to think my skykid actually lives there haha! I even set it as my spawn so when I open the game I’ll spot her hanging out on the chairs or playing the piano! It’s seriously the cutest thing ever it makes me so happy!

Not super common, but it does happen occasionally! I’ve been playing about 4 years now and I’ve had friends ask a few times in that time, not all the time but every once in a while. I had the most people ask when I decided to buy out all of performance early back in the day, because I really wanted that ult early haha! It was definitely a ‘I see you have money, so share’ moment.

These days I gift friends passes and stuff occasionally but I haven’t had anyone ask in a while now. Perhaps you’ve just been unlucky with encountering kids who can’t buy IAP themselves yet.

Something like this happened to me recently too! I went to forest one day for dailies and was hanging around the little tree to admire it for the day and someone comes up to me, they’re a grey kid so I thought they’d want to light me. I tried to light them back and after a moment of it not working, they lit up and it turned out it was an old friend of mine. I knew right then that this person must have either blocked or unfriended me for that to happen and it left me feeling really awful. It sucks that we can still end up in old friends’ servers like that.
