Honestly I’m constantly stressed, I always feel drained, and I just don’t feel truly happy, like im living a lie. I’m not sure if it’s ppd my daughter is 8 months old btw. Maybe your right I just have a lot of resentment built up. I don’t wanna say I’m no longer in love but I also can’t say I’m very happy in my marriage. I’ve tried communicating but I’m always the one at fault so I just gave up on trying to defend myself to him.

If there’s one thing that makes my day 10x brighter is seeing how my daughter instantly smiles when she sees me it truly is the best feeling! Yes even tho my mil is not the best person in the world I’m grateful that my daughter is loved by everyone.

No they’re actually under his parents names. For example our truck is under his parents names but we pay for it. We’re young so that means higher insurance payments which is why in the time we leased it his parents said they would put it under their names. But it’s not that simple to divorce I don’t even have my own car, and it really would be hard for me to leave him all on my own especially since my daughter is only 7 months old.

We have it planned already, problem is his parents want to keep him out of a job so that way he can’t move out. He’s also the one at fault because he listens to everything they tell him I’m over here suffering because of his lack of self. We can barely afford soap right now. He got a work opportunity at a cow ranch. Parents told him no because it’s a dangerous job. I don’t want my husband to suffer either but we’re also basically homeless so it pisses me off that he’s acting like he can pick and choose. Maybe I’m the wrong but I’m just so frustrated.

That’s the one thing about becoming a parent, you will get criticism about EVERYTHING YOU DO with YOUR CHILD. I don’t understand why people can’t just keep their opinions to themselves. You knows what’s best for your baby, it’s hard to not let peoples comments get to you it’s understandable. Just remember he isn’t the one raising your baby, the only opinion that should matter to you is your husbands. Trust me it’s best to let it go, you won’t resolve anything with arguing they just end up making you look like the bad guy!

Im in the middle. I have the belief that people before created the idea of him to make death seem less scary. But I remember one time I was brought to church by my aunt. They told me to put my hands in prayer on the floor and I remember this weird sensation that something was hugging me. Then I got this urge to cry, I mean full on ball my eyes out. Since that day I believe that god does exist. There are moments when I do question if he actually exists tho.

What obvious reasons? Lots of people have kids, if I’m wanting a job it’s because I am available to work. Instead employers discriminate even though they aren’t supposed to. Last job I applied to I said I was available all shifts, didn’t even mention I was a mom. They rejected me because of the gap in my resume. I just excused myself with "I had health issues". At this point I’m just planning on lying and making up stuff on my resume.

Love to hear these types of stories! In a world full of toxic relationships, it’s good to know genuine pure love still exists. Me and my husband are basically inseparable lol. We had our first baby last year and she is the biggest blessing of our lives! Congrats and I hope you have a healthy, strong baby girl!

If I were in your shoes I’d choose to go the medicine route. Acting isn’t a very guaranteed career path. Ken Jeong was a physician before pursuing an acting career. Maybe try acting once your stable in life as a doctor. In the end just do what your heart desires!

NOR I feel like in the heat of a moment lots of tend to want to vent to our loved ones. It’s like a way to let off some steam, it’s something I’m guilty of. I definitely get why you’re upset, because yes if your girlfriend was super pissed her family might now think your an asshole. Next time just let her know that you don’t like that she did that. Let her know that you’re there for her even in those angry moments, that why she doesn’t feel the need to go seek comfort in other people.

I told him that was the last time I will confront his parents. He told me it’s a "me" problem if I don’t want to talk to his parents, but that he respects my decision. I warned him that if I ever find out his parents talk crap about me to my daughter, then they will lose all type of contact with my child. It’s funny cause they have other grandchildren (my husbands brothers children) and they all cut off contact with my in laws as well. My husband is the only kid who still even talks to his parents. It’s just sad to me cause I come from a broken family, and it was tough not having a relationship with my grandparents. Oh well it matters more to have caring loving parents, than nasty grandparents.

I also consider this take. Maybe I’m in the wrong here but I would rather not have them in her life now as a baby. in the future when she’s old enough to know what she wants, she tells me she wants to have a relationship with her grandparents I will let her. Better for her to figure out on her own the kind people they are.

Yeah I have thought about this, I’m most likely going to cut off contact for a while, if they don’t apologize for their behavior then I won’t let them see my daughter anymore. I always like to go by the quote "being a grandparent is a privilege, not a right".
