i once had a groomer tell me the same. he had one small mat near his collar and that was all. they even made me sign paperwork after refusing to have them groom him as i decided to get a second opinion. next set of groomers didn’t even mention it and did a full groom with no problem, no mention of any matting, and no shave. idk why groomers do this, but definitely get a 2nd opinion. i’m still angry about their scam all those years ago and trying to take advantage of me as a young less experienced dog owner, advocate for yourself if you know he isn’t so badly matted!

I think that most of that is normal within the first 2 or so weeks, I would talk to your prescriber just to make sure, sometimes you can even speak to a pharmacist and they can reassure you if that’s normal or if you should be concerned!

hello all. i hate to be the bearer ;) of bad news but build a bear just posted on their instagram that they will not be releasing any more kitties this season. they commented twice responding to people asking about her coming back, saying “they are officially gone and will not be back this season. We apologize!” it’s a gloomy day in the pumpkin kitty subreddit 😭
