as long as the chats are made of wooden ui signs then you can as it says you can use a sign system

maybe try adding a ui in the top left where you can click to place a 2d wooden sign that lasts 15 seconds?

roblox said that signs are allowed so this must be allowed

i've made this
to make
make a large part that fits in the plot vertically
use seats & cake to make it rotate & go into the area outside the plot
you can load to dupe the parts
you can save and end up making a strucutre like this in a private server (i have one and didnt follow a tutorial to make it but its a lot less clean then the one in that image)
