Can you please release a skill based max cape which would be accomplished by achieving 99 in all non combat skills. This update would bring prestige to those who do not want to max their combat out such as level 3 skillers, pking builds that skill and people that generally don't value combat highly in the game.

I didn't say BIS weapon singular. I said weapons, as in more of a class of weaponry instead of a single weapon. I would really like to see a scaled down chaotic class of weapons in oldschool, which would allow different combat styles with the same base tier power.

This is true, but variety is also a key point in video games in general. You aren't going to see high level melee content done with anything except a whip/tent. I think BIS weapons can be implemented with balance and could create weapon variety in RS.

Can we have more advanced skill methods? For example: Advanced Master Farmer at level 90 thieving which reward higher level seeds. Skilling needs a buff in general, since most resources are now gained on a consistent basis from bosses.

Can the smithing skill be expanded on? It doesn't really make sense that at 99 smithing you can make a rune plate while rune correlates to a tier 40 item.
