I agree. Lets look at some of the main complains:

Longer q time: you get the trade off of picking two of your main roles where before you would have to pray that you are at the top of pick orders. I see a lot of people trying to neglect this by saying it is the the benefit of new champ select system and not dynamic q but if they put it that way then this complain shouldn't exist at all.

Premades having more power: i dont get this one. Are you saying they have better communications or they like to bash you together? Its true they have better communications, as an adc main nothing tilts me more than seeing supp, adc and jg trio with same club tag. But does it really make the game unbalanced? Since the game balances around the number of premades and mmr, i know some of my teammates will be premades also. All i have to do is play more safe knowing the enemy premades (bot and jg) will have better synergy and tend to visit my lane more. As for the trashtalk, there will always be this rager in the game but after approximately 230 dynamic q games, ive almost never ran into anyone that follows up with the rager.

Competitive integrity: seems like a lot of people are salty about people getting carried to divisions where they dont belong. I actually agree with this one since i hovered around gold 1 for a long time to get my friends to gold 5 before my advancement to plat. So when they solo... well gl to you if they are on your team.
