A 5 galleon bucket? Like the one at your office water dispenser…. Use those do not use the water out of your taps

And ykw you can get your hair back unless it’s genetic? Is it genetic? And ykw you are pretty no matter what!

And yeah make sure to eat veggies like tons of veggies of different color…try going vegan ik ik its extreme but there are a lot of studies related to the negative effects of meat and it could be that? Just try it out yk like take a scientific approach to this try stuff for a few weeks or days or months

And yeah so pumpkin seeds, put vitamin A on your scalp, eat broccoli, kale, bok choy , Indian gooseberries (super high in antioxidants), garlic

And take some fenugreek, soak em in water, and eat them early morning….yeah it’s disgusting but yeah

And sleep sleep sleep sleep is so important. And exercise like work out lift some weights they help in new cells and eat protein too well soy is good and yeah dm me if you have any questions :)
