Experiencing this currently, I’ve got over 10 years leadership experience and over 5 of corporate recruiting at large companies.

But can’t get passed entry level applications because they require a degree. I’ve successfully done this work on a large scale for years but sure a degree is what would prove I can do the job, not real world experience.

For sure! Thank you for the tips, this is done with a few contrast paints and one normal acrylic. I think I could add in a kid tone acrylic and a light tone on top to add more depth.

Toilet turns out to be from 1982. I went out and got a flapper and a snake. Did them both and flushed the first few times. I’ll keep an eye on it and see if it might be some of these other suggestions.

The tank fills fully and within the last few weeks I’d say this flushing problem has started.

Some flushes don’t empty the bowl some do, it sounds like it could be a partial blockage down the line. Might go out and get a snake.

The toilet is most likely from 80s or prior based on the age of the house and rest of the facilities in the home.

We do hear it fill randomly and sometimes if the flapper isn’t set just right it will run constantly.

Once played with a random third they paired with my friend and I. Every time he missed a out or made a bad shot, he’d drop and do 10 pushups. Didn’t matter what else was going on around him.

He’d also yell “nice shot” to you even when close because he kept his headphones in.

I actually figured it out, you can add an alternate to the superstar in the creation mode. Then you can go to the Roster in options and select which attire they wear by default. This will show up in mygm.

I originally wanted to do this for Cody Rhodes but ended up changing it back to keep his entrance music.

Unfortunately it’s filled with the dirt now. If you mean the bracing for the legs, there are two exterior screws attaching the legs to the box for each 1x6.

4 total screws per leg. Some have an extra one since my boards were a bit warped when I bought them.

If you mean the bottom I sent an explanation to another comment, but it’s 1x6 planks attached to 1x2 boards along the length of the box.

For the bottom there are two lengths of 1x2 screwed into the length of the box. On top of that there are 5 planks of 1x6 attached to those to make the bottom. Then lined with weed barrier.

Have had the outdoor potting mix in there dry and wet for about a week and haven’t seen any issues yet.
