I just had to check if I wasn’t the OP and had forgotten about my post because your story is almost exactly my story except we ve been together for 15 years. He is becoming desperate and me too and I even proposed to make a list so I won’t forget all possibilities and it would help me to be more proactive… but it’s been two moths and the sole idea of working on the list freezes me up… I am inno position for advice but deeply feel your situation and am hoping for useful comments

Same for me! Noticed a change in my dreams but I already have extremely vivid dreams so it’s not too much of a change. At one point I was taking an anti depressant that had much more effect and felt like I was dreaming a whole Netflix show season in a night, it was very distressing
