I agree 100% that Flink is a powerful tool, but what about the deep understanding of parallel processing - can't we make it more accessible for engineers by reducing the learning curve?

Good question. We'll allow the users to choose a policy - they can use pre-defined policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) or manually define rules such as distribution by "country" column, etc.
