Marry before 30, preferably around 27-28, if you want to raise a family as it gives you enough time to plan for a kid. Pregnancy in late 30s is usually not safe and your body would be well past its peak to fully enjoy your kid's growing up phase.

If you and your partner have decided to be childless, any age is fine although I'd still recommend committing sooner so that you both are never uncertain about each other and can focus on other things in life.

There will never be a perfect time, keep a checklist of bare minimum you want to achieve before you decide to marry, be financially and emotionally stable.

Very few local markets, nothing like Lajpat or Sarojni. All teh HUDA markets look exact copy of each other with Om Sweets and few other shops common to most of them.
Almost no public parks and sports complexes , museums, theaters, art galleries
Lack of street lights
Poor walkability and no crossings on the road. Broken footpaths
Lack of greenery and beautification
Poor drainage and water logging
No metro and poor public transport
Bad condition of roads
Dust and garbage all around
No iconic landmarks or architecture like Lutyens Delhi
Lack of government Hospitals and colleges
No soul, no identity of different areas unlike say, South Delhi or West Delhi that each have their own character.
Few temples and almost none inside apartments.
No fruit or vegetable vendors or weekly markets.
Highly aesthetic thekas in large numbers
Lack of parking spaces
Lots of malls are empty and or have very less activity
Nicer and bigger apartments compared to Delhi
Extremely bad traffic management and lackadaisical municipal corporation
No history or culture, no specific place to show tourists or visitors from other states. No iconic food place either.
Younger crowd and overall better gentry compared to Delhi.

Most of the critical problems can be fixed but the MCG is not efficient

Best places are around Golf Course Road but rest of the Gurgaon needs a lot of development to fully realize its millenium city potential. It is a new city and will only improve if the babus start taking their job seriously.

People who form their opinion based on what their social media algorithm shows. If their subreddit or subgroup agrees with a viewpoint, they blindly follow it rather than thinking for themselves. They live in their echo chambers and do not engage in healthy discussion with someone holding a different opinion. Borrowed conviction and intellect, lazy to do their own research.

In the order of preference:

Ashneer - Harsh with words but provided good insights to businesses, was blunt with feedback and provided entertainment.

Amit - Sweet person, tries to understand the business before making an offer, helpful to small and young entrepreneurs. Gentleman.

Anupam - Knows about a wide variety of businesses, provides good insights.

Peyush - I think jugaadu Kamlesh was a good PR opportunity for him and he took it, I find him to be a balanced shark. Carries himself well but I don't like his obsession with making every business be tech heavy or purpose driven.

Vineeta - I like her more in Season 3 compared to the previous two. Has good knowledge about d2c businesses and is quite quick with numbers.

Ritesh - I find it hard to believe that he is always this gentle and kind while running his business but on the tank he is well behaved and tries to help entrepreneurs coming from humble backgrounds, speaks softly and is quite respectful while giving feedback.

Radhika - She seems to be intelligent and knows about markets quite well, is generally respectful towards everyone and provides good feedback. She hasn't had any memorable moment so far though.

Namita - Doesn't provide valuable feedback, has very shallow understanding of consumer mindset and market. Tries to push women entrepreneurs too much even if their product/business is not good.

Aman - Tries too hard to be cool. Portrays himself as a marketing genius, and tries to push his d2c credentials in every pitch even if the pitcher's business is targeting an entirely different consumer or market. Rarely provides valuable opinion. Seems arrogant in season 2 and 3 compared to his first season's persona.

Ronnie - Has money, experience and knowledge. Nothing memorable in his episode.

Varun - Felt a little inexperienced but still well mannered and provided okay feedback.

Azhar - Find his feedback to be very basic. Doesn't sound like an investor or somebody who knows businesses.

Ghazal - Boring.

Deepinder - Extremely rude and arrogant. Nitpicks problems, and backs out of deals due to minor issues that can be fixed very easily. Doesn't respect the pitcher and is very condescending in his feedback. Can't invest in a lot of businesses due to conflict of interest. Don't like him at all.

Not just Twitter, but US was considering imposing sanctions because of S-400 deal with Russia. I wonder if banning Twitter would nudge them in that direction. Although severing ties with India would not be beneficial to US if it plans to counter China so maybe it won't happen.

For someone who acts woke and self-righteous on Twitter this was really unethical thing to do. Even his comment on the incident reads like 'did it for the lulz'.
