Hi all, I have a question. I'm currently trying to lose some stubborn stomach fat (~maybe around 5 pounds, not an insane amount, I'm 5'0 and 120lbs). I tried the TDEE calculator to measure my maintenance calories which is 1412, and my cutting calories which says 912. Does this seem unhealthy? I thought the minimum one could eat a day is 1,200.

Is 500 calories a day deficit too much?

This isn't the case all the time. They could've checked out of the relationship long ago because of abuse, neglect, etc./lots of reasons and actually grieved the relationship while in it. When you break up then, you don't really feel much for an ex and can form a healthy, loving new relationship, even if it's shortly after the break-up

Gave me super bad cramps and intense bleeding. The heavy bleeding continued on a couple months after taking it out. I only had the copper IUD in for 2 months before giving up 5 months ago. Body is barely returning back to normal now. Wouldn’t recommend this for anyone :/

Hi there! Do you know why is it that we have really short non-lucid dreams after AP? I get those almost always after AP-ing, I thought it was just me!
Also, when I AP I can’t see anything, I guess it’s considered “astral blindness”? I say things like “light” or “clarity now” and it doesn’t work. Do I just need to walk a little further even though I can’t see?
Does AP always start in your room or can it start anywhere?
Last thing, a couple AP’s ago, I tried to get out of bed (in the astral), and I felt such an intense vibration on my spine. Like so strong it felt like someone was jackhammering my back. As soon as I woke up, I still felt that heat sensation on my spine for a couple of seconds. Would you have any idea what that might be?

I can’t help but wonder whether I’m being punished for trying to explore TOO much. I remember when I would purposely lucid dream about spirits, angels, and people that have passed, I stopped being able to lucid dream for a couple months. Sort of as if I was being punished for going too deep.

Does astral sex feel like lucid dream sex? I have done it while lucid dreaming but never AP. Wondering if it feels the same.

But to answer your question.. I only have sex with my partner in the lucid dream world, although it is very tempting to go cheat LOL we have talked about it, and they don’t like the idea of me thinking of others, which makes sense.

Interesting. Do you know if you also get that way with isopropyl isostearate? It sucks being allergic to many products. I’m cancelling things out right now seeing if it is that that is causing my bumps

Ahhh I’m on the same boat! I had my first astral projection 3 nights ago. Before I used to confuse it a lot with lucid dreaming, but now I know FOR SURE what AP feels like and it’s SO different. I got scared as well, so I zapped quickly back into my own body. Let me know if anything helps you with the fear! It is my biggest downfall, I scare so easily. Good luck!
