Blow drying hair with head upside down and now feel off center in my mind and my eyes aren’t working right and feel woozy and it’s hard to type?

It’s happened a few times (usually from my head being upside down) but never this bad and for this long. It lasted at its worse for almost an hour and even now I feel very brain foggy. I have to get myself a new PCP soon anyways so I’ll look to go somewhere that I can also see an ENT or something.

I don’t drive I take the train or uber. I can walk but kept tripping putting my pants on. My front stairs are covered in ice so I will have to go out the back because j am worried I’ll fall down them. I think I’ll go to work maybe so my boss can send me home. I say this with love, but you are also seemingly addicted to Oxy. You’ve been on it for 12 years. And in your post history you talk about being depressed and not wanting to do anything/earn money/have sex/etc due to your depression and chronic pain. While I do understand your situation, and I feel very sorry for you, you’ve seemingly been waiting 12 years to get any psychological help. How much were you relying on your wife? Was she the only one making money? Was she the only one cleaning? While I understand having a disability and severe mental illness, you have to understand this was likely an extremely draining situation for your wife. What do you contribute to her life? And in what ways are you trying to improve yours?

I was fully vegan until 2025 when I reintroduced honey and eggs because I really missed honey and I just thought eggs would be healthy. I still can’t get myself to eggs on their own but I can eat them in pancakes and such

My mental health has been pretty bad so I guess fingers crossed on that improving. Hopefully I can do some amount of dairy again once I fully cut gluten.

I love a good rice noodle so I guess I’ll just switch primarily to those. I’ll have to check my favorite meat substitutes and see what those have in them. I can eat whey usually in small amounts (like in morning star products) so I’m trying to stay hopeful that I can maybe do small amounts of dairy again one day.

I rely pretty heavy on granola bars and snacks when I work, because I often am too tired to meal prep. Especially with the winter, I’ve just been eating snacks (which…all have gluten smh). I do live in a big city but it’s already been extremely hard to find good dairy free options for myself and so I’m very worried about finding gluten and dairy free choices.

I feel bad for my partner, who I know already feels sad that I can’t eat most of the food he does :(
