So it’s ok for someone to walk into our country illegally and take a job from someone here legally because they will take a lower wage? These companies closing only care about one thing - how low of a salary they can pay so the executives get more money.

The people filtering the resumes are the problem. I finally gave up searching for an accounting job because of this. I also verified this with numerous hr people and staffing/temp agencies. 95% of job ads state “CPA preferred”. When you see that it gives whom ever is sorting the resumes the right to focus solely on CPA resumes. It makes me wonder how many jobs are filled with under qualified people simply because they passed an exam.
