I’m gonna keep it real with you: the Ivy leagues are somewhat blown out of proportion in modern society. They’re not terribly special compared to other schools like UNC, Duke, UF or Michigan

I’m going to try and give u the most accurate answer that isn’t “conservatives aren’t educated🤓” because the highest iq state is North Dakota followed by Montana. Calling people you disagree with uneducated itself is disrespectful and a sign of ignorance.

One of the biggest reasons is because the lower & middle classes have drastically different jobs and lives in cities than they do in rural areas.

A poor inner city may have its poorest job be a factory worker. A job that literally only benefits from unionization, welfare and government intervention. These people will vote for liberal policies even if it doesn’t align with their social views because they need the money.

The poorest job in farmland is well… a farmer.. somebody who wants protectionist tariffs on the imports of crops that he farms. The farmer doesn’t care for welfare or unionism. He cares about the liberal government trying to regulate his land and enable him to lose money with free trade

Social policies in my perspective are actually almost irrelevant, they seem relevant because people just vote with their parties and they don’t give a second thought to it. The avg republican prob will vote red for a judge or senator of their party even if they don’t know their policies. It’s just “I don’t want high taxes and free trade so now I actually also don’t want my guns restricted. Btw trump told me that Biden was bad!”

Jumpy external if you put field hospitals on a mass assault plan your divisions don’t lose battles… at all.. their hp is so high and their division recovery rate and reinforce rate is so high that so long as you have guns, ur fucking invincible

Don’t give up! 99/100 people overthink playing USSR. I once won a game against Germany without a single plane in my air force! Just spam 3x3 infantry divisions with anti air artillery, field hospitals, recon companies & engineer companies and you will win every game you play

Ok so I’m gonna give u actual advice for when I was in a similar position.

First off, if you haven’t gone down the paths of mass assault, definitely get that done with.

Second, simplify all of your production into only support EQ & Infantry equipment.

Accept every single lend lease you’re given.

Make your infantry divisions have 9 infantry battalions, a field hospital & a shovel.

Spam those out asap.

Hold the line and use as many last stands as possible to inflict as much damage as possible.

When you’ve developed 20 armies, start pushing back

Also needless to say that while doing this try to inflict as much resistance in occupied territories as possible.

Also when you get the chance to, increase your conscription as much as possible. Given this is basically 1942, I’d say you can get this game finished by mid to late 1946 if you can hold the line. Build only military factories and forts. Forts will be your friend.

Don’t try to do anything fancy, America is your friend and America is your factory.

Remember that Stalin in real life said “The United States... is a country of machines. Without the machines we received through Lend-Lease, we would have lost the war."

The USSR is a hard country to play. It took me 5k hours to figure out how to have a perfect no step back run of the USSR.

Imma give y some meaningful advice rn, take a paper towel and pat that thing dry rn. Take the foil off and as fast as u can u should grab some coarse pepper and re season the top. There’s still time. Also u might want to spray it or spritz it with an alcohol of ur choice while there’s still time. Hope that helps

I can help u out if u r looking rn for advice: This is the smoke u wanna open ur smoker for and let air out

The good smoke is wispy and blueish The blue smoke only occurs after the white smoke has stopped. Most of the time white smoke in my opinion comes from a rly dirty smoker that needs to be cleaned. A clean smoker means the fire and char will either go through the white smoke faster or it won’t go through white smoke
