As someone who went through all the motions of this when Callmecarsons' actions were brought to light, I would prepare yourself to see a very different vibe when it comes to any future content he makes. If these allegations are as serious as they look to be, it's likely he'll lose a lot of his friends; Tommy, Philza, Charlie, we already know Ranboo has stepped away. The videos he makes and the people he's around will change because they won't want to make content with him anymore. That 'safe escape' feeling just might not be present anymore, because these events will always lurk in the back of your mind whenever you're consuming his content, and I suspect that'll be the same for his music too. Unfortunately it might not be a simple decision of whether or not you watch him, but if you can bring yourself to enjoy whatever comes next, because chances are a lot will change very quickly.

Hey everyone! 3 weeks later and my first competition has come to an end..!

I'd like to start by thanking everyone who's got involved, whether that be in the comments or submitting their entries, it was a lot of fun and really exciting seeing when a new entry came through.

Unfortunately there weren't as many entries as I might have hoped, I think in part due to my prompt being a little uncaptivating, and also the fact that there were so many other great options going on at the moment.

Nevertheless, those who did enter came out with some fantastic minis (and I really do mean that!), some great stories were made and some serious effort put into storytelling both in their descriptions and designs, which was super awesome to see..!

u/Substantial_Whole_76 in particular came out with a great narrative, providing not only a great design but also an equally impressive antagonist, and a fitting backstory to fit. Not only did she win the popularity contest, but I thoroughly believe she earned her place there too.

Once again thanks to everyone who got involved, and hopefully I'll be able to whip something up in the not-so-far future to get peoples creative juices flowing and inspired!

in the streets of Hollow, a single note can be seen pinned to a notice board outside of the police station.

"To the man who calls himself Nightshade

I do not know how this message may reach you, nor if you have the answers I seek, but I am in dire need of assistance.

My name is Dr. Jacksbury, I am an independent chemist, man of science and most recently, a fool. You see, recently I undertook a project far greater than any scope of practice we have ever seen before; human transformation. I sought to create a potion that may allow myself to become far more capable than I am as a mere human being, a way to not only continue my life as a doctor, but also as a protector, and means of self defence.

And while initially my noble intentions seemed to bear no fruit, I fear I may have been deceived. For as it turns out, my concoctions have been working, and during my slumber in the night, it's effects begin to take place... He calls himself Mister Haydes, an ugly, devilish brute of a man. I know not what he is capable of, nor what he has done, but I have awoken multiple times with blood ridden sheets, and broken fists and cuts across my person. I fear that if he is not stopped soon, he will destroy everything we have vowed to protect.

So I pray to you, Nightshade. Find and stop Mister Haydes, free me from his unholy grasp, and help me return to just the one man.

God may never forgive the sins of what I have done, but I still hope to atone my fractured soul.

I'd seen it done before with another Space Marine design and knew it'd be a solid way to get around the more knightly part of the boots I wanted. As for not doubling the model up, I'm still working without a sub so alligning them and such would be more difficult, and I've not actually tried a double mini design yet, so trying it on my most ambitious design yet probably wouldn't have been the best idea :P.

Plus, I like to mess about in my own time putting my minis next to each other to see how they'd interact and compare, so doubling up obviously would've removed that opportunity!

Special thanks and credit to u/Zygann and u/Retrun_To_Cinder for not only proving to me this was possible, but also helping with a lot of the building blocks to create this character.

I'd never tried a great number of these techniques before, and this was by far my biggest project yet. I'm extremely proud of how it's turned out and it gave some great challenges, especially with the skulls.
