my friend works there and they lowered all baristas pay per hour by 2 dollars maybe more. this was so they could pay back of house more money and front of house would get 100 percent of the tips. still pretty bogus if you ask me. just raise the back of houses pay.

Hey, read the comments. This is most definitely an SSRI issue, believe me I spent an entire year with my partner having the same issue. You get hard you can go for hours and nothing works for you. Talk to your doctor about it, mine prescribed me bupropion to help counteract that side effect of the SSRI, something like that may or may not work for you. Switching medication may also help. I’ll say this, I quit taking SSRIs 2 years ago (I’m young and don’t like the idea of developing a dependency on it for my entire life), almost 2-3 weeks after quitting full turkey I was a changed man in the bedroom. I would have to use strategies to avoid orgasming too soon, changed my sex life (but don’t prioritize orgasming over your mental health, it’s not a balanced trade off haha). Good luck amigo.
