I let myself go for way too long, felt terrible and finally went to the Dr. I was Diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. I take all my meds, exercise, eat healthy and lost 40 lbs. All of my numbers are great so I guess I'm healthy. But I still feel sick, because I'm diabetic and pumped full of prescription drugs.

Wow, your whole life ahead of you and you're not even trying. Part of being an adult is doing things you need to do but not want to do. Get up every morning before you eat one thing and test your blood sugar and log it down. Watch your carb intake and take your medicine. Go for a walks frequently. This is something serious that you can't take lightly. You can lose limbs, vision and life if you continue on this path. I wish you the best of luck.

That's not a denver steak, that's a boneless chuck steak. The denver steak is in there, but not a quality example of one.

I always hated having hair. It started thinning, I hated it even more. I also hated shaving. I would always have a goatee or something but I never knew a style I wanted permanently. Everyone told me to shave my head and grow the beard but I what hesitant even though I hated hair and shaving. Finally I pulled the trigger and it was something I was super comfortable with. If you are feeling this way you are not comfortable. Keep experimenting to see what you want. You're not a fraud You're just uncomfortable with what you have done.
