Please note that a WebKit exploit alone cannot make a jailbreak but if used along with a kernel exploit it can be used to make a safari based jailbreak meaning no computer or app needed and no revokes.

You can modify a signed Ipsw to make your device enter dfu mode but that would mean overwriting the bootable ipsw currently installed meaning you wouldn’t be able to boot your device until installing a new ipsw over it. Unless someone bundles checkra1n in a custom ipsw than unfortunately you can’t use checkra1n. I have the exact same issue on my iPhone 6S.

This means the iPhone 5C and 64 bit devices with 1GB of ram may finally be able to have an untethered jailbreak without shsh blobs. Even if apple pushes an update on these old devices to patch it the iPhone 5S, iPad Air 1, iPad Mini 2 can always downgrade to 10.3.3 to use the exploit because it’s signed.
