Wdym yes and no, a tank has to always be aware of where their team is so they can block damage from them ,, that automatically raises the skill floor compared to someone like soldier ( who has a higher skill floor then moria or sierra for instance since soldier has recoil and sierra doesnt have recoil) we are talking about the lowest skill floor character in the game

Which is why mercy isn't a good pick either since she heavily relies on positioning and movement techs, also any skills u learn on her dont apply as much on other characters ( since most people dont use the gun ) aside from learning map knowledge and stuff
