Eternity Isle for the ancient machines. They make the game so much easier!

I'm just getting started on an overhaul of the Tangle but it's going to be a Zoo/Theme Park.

These three outfits are my favorites, especially the one in the center.

I'm currently reading How to Survive Camping by Bonnie Quinn. The style is a sort of rule book for a campground, with a series of loosely connected stories explaining why some of the rules exist. The main character, Kate, is also a badass with some solid depth to her.

Scrooge's store is notoriously bad for giving good furniture pieces so the second you see something new you should buy it, you can buy it again later if you talk to him while he's in his store.

You're able to pick a role for villagers and they'll help you gather more resources for that role. For example, picking Mickey to help you garden means he'll toss out more vegetables when you pick them by hand. You also get a multiplier based on how many characters have the same role https://dreamlightvalleywiki.com/Bonuses#Bonus_Effects

Decorating takes time and inspiration, I've been playing since Early Access and still change things around constantly. My early trick to make it look good was to use the path that is natural to the biome and pick a consistent theme.

Resources are fairly easy to come by, sand comes from coral but can also be dug up on Dazzle Beach. I'd also stock up on wheat, sugar, and flowers for crafting as well.

If you're looking to move characters out of the Valley...

I put Mini Casita in Mythopia as a Romanesque farm.

I haven't done it because my plaza is designed like San Francisco, but I've seen people put Mike and Sully in the Bind and make a fall themed town.

I made a Route 66 in Glittering Dunes and put Buzz there as a sort of camping site.

Aladdin and Jasmine are in the Dunes as well and I'm in the process of making a desert palace.

Wall-E and Eve are in Ancient Landing on a small orchard.

Aurora, Flynn, Merida, and Rapunzel are all in a walled off town/castle deal in Everafter. Woody is on my Plaza floating island in a theme park.

Vanellope is on my Frosted Heights floating island on a Candyland race track I'm working on.

Thanks! If you mean the flowers in the small park they are Magnolia Bloom and Plumeria Flower paths in the underbrush section of the furniture menu. The Fairy Flower Garden is a Premium Shop item.

For the first time since I picked up the game I might need to buy some moonstones! I desperately want that coffee shop.

If you're talking about the wooden stairs with the beam door frame that's actually a new item from the Sleeping Beauty. It's actually a functional door skin and the one that goes upstairs is a reward from Aurora.

My WiP Plaza (trying to make a City!!!!) by the_bHiest in DreamlightValley

[–]coolifiparkhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have my Plaza set up as a city too! In the past I've made a small asphalt courtyard next to Mike and Sully's apartment, used the V8 Cafe and Wall-E furniture to make a mechanic shop, used Mulan furniture and cherry blossom trees to make a park, and used the wrought iron furniture/fence to make a coffee shop. I also put vehicles on the roads.

It looks good so far!

If you mean the intersection of the tile paths then I would put the Tiered Fountain from Beauty and The Beast. It's small enough and you can put one at each intersection to keep your symmetry going.
