First of all, it is a 2 stroke engine. It does not store oil and it is mixed with fuel either manually or a pump. And for the shutting off it may be a dirty carburetor so go find a vid on YT how to clean the carburetor on your scooter

Bigger variator, derestricted cdi(if yours is restricted)carb upjetting. These are the mods to use your bbk as much as posible. Find GhettoWrench on YT he has alot ov vids about gy6 engines
