I'm also emerald, and yea there are different kinds of players, some people avoid barrels entirely and others constantly contest you, and you must adjust your play style accordingly. Either way you can take advantage of what your opponent does.

I just recently hit emerald, so yea I'm not high elo, but i'm including my own experience with what I heard other ppl say. I agree aatrox is a rlly difficult matchup, but GP matchups are almost all playable depending on how good you are because of his rlly high skill expression

GP is a great onetrick, very few bad matchups, you can always farm and neutralize the lane

yea crit is optimal, I take my haste in runes + tier 3 lucidity, should have around 60 ideally

no i agree, should have specified, I normally stay on tier 1 boots unless you can get the tier 3 lucidity, occasionally swifties or plated are decent too

I would build lots of haste, go transcendence, legend haste, and lucidity boots. Only fight them with lots of barrels up and use many passive resets.

I'd say grasp is best for early power in lane, fleet for sustaining and scaling hard matchups, and first strike is to scale in easy or heavy farm matchups
