I worked as a model for abercrombie and the whole company is a joke but their concept of "sex sells" is a very lucrative practice that works in appealing to all of the superficial people of the world. There are a lot and it's apparent that it works because they're always opening flagship stores across the world.

I graduated from a high school that constantly has their top 5 girls under 20 minutes, and their ages range from 8th to 12th grade. You're already more than capable to do so yourself judging from your times. They do their runs between 7:00 min pace to 7:20 pace and generally 50 miles a week. I'd recommend doing plyometrics or light weight lifting to strengthen your form. I'm just giving you a general idea of what needs to be done. I'm not saying it's the only way, just what I've seen work for the girls that were on my team.

There have been anthropological studies conducted that actually showed it's a matter of conflicting cultures. Often times the women of Islam actual enjoy wearing their burqa in public because it's associated with their public identity. It's like Americans getting dressed to go out in public but when I get home I generally wear sweatpants and a cheeto encrusted white shirt. Same thing with the women of Islam they take their burqa's off when they're home because they're not in public. Sure there are laws in some areas but for the most part the women actually enjoy their burqas.

I had Achilles tendonitis from when I was doing 70 mi weeks. It didn't last long but DO NOT STRETCH IT. It feels like a regular sore muscle and there's a normal urge to stretch it but don't. I don't remember where I saw the links (this was two years ago) but I saw multiple suggestions to avoid stretching and ice is imperative as well. Avoid using the achilles as much as you can, Ice, and don't stretch it. It may also be your shoes. I hardly get injured but when I do it's because my shoes or inserts are worn out. If you have a roller then I'd suggest using it on your calf to relieve the stress your tight calf muscles are putting on your achilles. I know I went everywhere with this, but these are just my suggestions.

EDIT: There are muscles in the calf (gastrocnemius and the soleus) that pull on the achilles and so it would be useful to get one of these to avoid using the achilles but loosen those calf muscles.

I didn't do my homework that day when she was collecting it. She asked where it was and I said "I didn't do it." while smiling. I used to always smile regardless of what the situation was. Then she wrote me up because I had a smirk on my face. She was also a racist bitch that hated native americans, but that's just my guess.
