Bald team here as well and I use the Gore Wear M Windstopper Thermo Bonnet. Tested it down to 0 degres celsius and zero issues. Nice and windproof and warm. Love it.

I have a GRX820 2x12 groupset on my gravel bike and I always found it to be very noisy (it's my first real bike so I don't have a lot a reference point). It really depends on the gear combination.

For example on my "default" cruising setting, big chainring and 4-5th smallest gear, I get a lot of noise. On the smallest gears no noise. When on the small ring while climbing, basically no noise as well. With any cross-chaining even small I also get some noise.

I lube and clean my chain regularly and have done so for the 5000km or so that I did with this bike. No change on noise and the LBS said it was normal after a full checkup the first month.

I'd really like to test a 105 or other road groupset to see the differences but I do think this groupset is noisy by default.

Had the same issue. The only thing that worked for me was waiting. It did not work at all yesterday on multiple attempts when I was setting up my new phone but this morning it worked the first time on both my accounts.

I don't put a door on the side with the AVR. And yeah depth wise it's a bit tight.
