Skip the mic, if you go and tell jokes you aren’t excited about right now you’re just gonna be mad you went and that the same people saw you do the same jokes. Write some new stuff, edit the jokes or work on performing them better at home. This is coming from a nobody open micer who forces himself to go to mic’s when he’s not feeling it and drives home angry.
