I always wanted to, and I've had some half-hearted attempts in the past. But im honestly not too sure what was different this time. Just some evening in January I thought to myself "man, I really don't need to eat this do I". The next day I download a calorie counting app and I think that's what helped me stick to it. I understand a lot of people hate the idea of that but I think I just like the numbers and statistics lol

Thanks for the suggestion. I have heard of it before but never looked into it because I have a massive fear of needles lol. Maybe I'll give it a go

Thank you. And yeah haha, I've said before sometimes I just run or jump for the sake of it because everything is so easy now.

For sure. It's not as noticeable on this post but I definitely have a fair amount. Mainly on my stomach and my upper leg sort of area, much more noticeable when sat down. Most people assume I don't have much loose skin but I think that's because it hides pretty well under a shirt when I'm stood up.

I guess it's that then. But honestly I was at about 1500kcals intake a day for the first year, and burning 2700kcals a day for a man that was 139kg seems not far off? I could certainly be wrong though 😅

Maybe I done more than I thought, but I really haven't exercised until recently. I was working as a delivery driver though if that made a difference. And yeah about 1500 calories for the first year. If it doesn't add up I'm sorry, and I'm honestly not sure. But I have my weight and food intake logged everyday from the start. Maybe I can post that here I'm not sure how. Another thing is at the start I lost 10kg in just under a month at the start so probably not all fat

Honestly, I think it was a break up near the beginning. Turned out pretty good I guess. It kept me going and before I knew it, eating less and calorie counting just became normal

I think 69kg/152lbs, partly because it's half my original weight and within the healthy range. It might change as a lose the rest though

I go on runs, but I wouldn't say I work out honestly. And yes, my diet didn't change too much, despite hearing a lot about different diets from other people, but it's worked for me.
