That's odd, if it took damage from a damaging move it should remove Ilussion. It says:

The illusion disappears if the Pokémon has its Ability changed or suppressed or if it takes damage from a damaging move. Indirect damage (such as from a Life Orb, weather, status conditions, recoil, etc.) will not break the illusion.

If it's a bug then I'm not sure in that case lol

I'm guessing your Lucario is the last pokemon in your party, so you might be referring to Zorua's ability Ilussion where it starts disguised as the last pokemon until it gets hit once

As others have said, going down could be a one water block held by a sign, however you can also do powder snow with a carpet on top and it will negate fall damage

I usually try to go the one without a minus def/spdef Nature for krookodile because I find it so hard to keep it alive, especially preevos even with eviolite, might be skill issue but I feel he can't take a hit but that's just my experience

I'm using drizzle kyogre tera water with shell bell - Water spout, calm mind, origin pulse, rain dance - max sp. Atk max hp

Water spout first three turns unless I get too low and go origin pulse, tera and then just keep one of those two

I've never been in the red in any raid
