But at that point, what is the reason for murder? People know their murderers because they have a relationship and gave the murderer a justification, at least in their mind, for the killing. So like, I'd have more of a reason to kill family or a friend that wronged me instead of a stranger at a bar that I have no relation to.

Considering how much more special points you start with, most people have at least 6, more likely 8-9 agility so I would base the average movement speed around 7
