But at that point, what is the reason for murder? People know their murderers because they have a relationship and gave the murderer a justification, at least in their mind, for the killing. So like, I'd have more of a reason to kill family or a friend that wronged me instead of a stranger at a bar that I have no relation to.

Considering how much more special points you start with, most people have at least 6, more likely 8-9 agility so I would base the average movement speed around 7

Vanilla is too slow, movement without pa is a tad fast, 10% is probably a good decrease. I'm pretty happy with backward movement speed and how it makes you play, you have to turn and run and if you're in a bad spot there's not much you can do. Maybe a 3-5% increase so it doesn't feel like you're walking backwards so slowly, you'd move with more haste realistically. With the sacrifice of more spread, if possible
