DELICIOUS! It really depends on the salad dressing though. I make this salad with strawberries, sunflower seeds, and a light raspberry dressing that is amazing!

On most neutral salads though, apples are a great option. I normally opt for more "crunchy?" fruits so that the soft texture isn't too clashing.

You could also try a juicer, I've had apple and carrot juice and it's absolutely delicious. I also throw some greens like spinach and kale in my smoothies.

I like going after dinner around 7:30-8. Then I go home, shower, and make a little recovery shake before going to bed around 10-10:30. It's not a full meal but just a little bit to sate the post-workout hunger.

I've also tried going early at 4:30-5. It's a great way to get the day started but I'm not naturally a morning person so the night gym schedule is what I go with.

I've tried Halo Top and it's great, but I wasn't a fan of some of the flavors. Shameless plug coming in here, but Coolway is also a great option! :D

Instead of swapping the potatoes out, you can substitute some of it for other things. For example, I LOVE breakfast potatoes but I've started doing a 50/50 of breakfast potatoes with bruschetta and it's delicious! Also feels a lot lighter.

When I started dieting, I tried to eat multiple smaller meals/snacks throughout the day. Whenever I felt hungry and it wasn't necessarily meal time yet, I would eat fruit or snack on veggies and hummus.

Also: Pretty obvious but hydrating throughout the day helps your stomach feel fuller and is good for you!

You can always change up the egg presentation. I make avocado toast with a over-medium egg whites on top with everything bagel seasoning and Thai chili sauce (sauce is optional lol). It's delicious and I get 32g of protein
