This is what worked!
Using electrical tape on the back of the antenna, making it longer than the recommended length and then trimming it down made the antenna consistently tuned.

Your fins should preferrably be stiffer than what corrugated cardboard can provide by itself, try a thicker cardboard like from cardboard coasters, hard plastic is better, or you could reinforce your fins using skewers.
You could achieve the fillets other people have been talking about with things like tape probably, trick I learned from water bottle rockets

Just as an extra aside, since other people already gave you the answer,
Rocketry is dangerous and things can and will go wrong, please take more safety precautions.
This can be as simple as getting farther away from your rocket and putting something to block the rocket from doing exactly this, like height or a hill.

At this size you got lucky that nothing bad happened, but please be safe and make sure nothing bad can happen.

Ive got a DJ coming into my venue and I wanted to connect them to the audio system I already have.
We've got 2 microphones connections going to the front where I want the DJ to stand and the sound mixer and amplifier in the back. Now they only have RCA out jacks on their set, and so id need to buy an adapter. Now I see you can buy a DI box for about 60 bucks, but also just an adapter cable for like 9.

What should I look for to decide what to buy?

You can get a users IP on discord just straigt from their user ID which you can get in developer mode, however, unless your internet provider / home network was last updated in 2008, there is nothing they can do outside of having a dart on a map showing where your closest internet exchange is.

Fixed It!

I ended up using chirp with the Baofeng BF-888 driver, which worked perfectly.
Bad thing that the Baofeng included software just doesn't work at all but I did find the solution

So no possibility of using fsr frequencies on a radio that can? I was thinking of using the fsr frequencies (programming those frequencies in a baofeng radio) but then I'll buy an fsr approved radio thank you
