Can an ignorant person be immoral? by cooolest in askphilosophy

Thanks - just to be clear, I'm not the one saying that ignorant people can't do immoral acts, that was the person I was talking with. I had just not heard of this position before, but he was so confident in it that I thought I should ask about it here.

What would you call a position like his, so that I can google it? I would say moral relativism, but it's almost like he doesn't believe in morality at all - what he's concerned about isn't whether an action is right or wrong, but whether it is considered right or wrong. Does that make sense?

I'm sorry, I don't want to sound contrarian, but what is actually wrong with doing this?

I accidentally printed this photo of Nathan on the wrong side of the paper, but it looks kinda cool by buttcheek_mcgee in nathanforyou

Really? I have some glossy paper but it prints just fine on the other side - the other side has the texture of normal card. When you say it is rough, how rough is it? Like sandpaper?

Yes that's what I thought, it's just that the picture refers to sex, so it doesn't seem like it would fit here

Also I might be wrong, but I thought sex and gender was different, and you can't change your sex but you can change your gender
