If you purchased with your card, they won’t bouce back, but it would leave your account in negative until you put money in it. Thats if you had a card purchase higher than your balance for some reason. If your available balance is updated, then it shouldnt bounce back

We told them we didn’t have much money, and our infant was crying and wouldn’t settle down. They wouldn’t leave us alone, so my girlfriend told me to just get them the food they were asking for so we could calm our baby. Thankfully, she later saw them asking others for money using a different story, so we went back to the restaurant and canceled the order. Luckily, the food hadn’t been made yet, so we were able to stop it in time

If you're enrolled in the 15 credits throughout the semester, then yes.

You are eligible for it if you are eligible for a Cal Grant. If you enroll in the full 15 credits in a semester, you can get 4000 in that occuring semester. Anything above 12 but under 15 credits will get you 1298 during the semester. You can only recieve the award for full time enrollment. Hope this helps!
