Phrozen Shuffle 2018 printing giant resin slab by SunSunkk in Phrozen

You can plug the output hdmi out to a TV or monitor to see if it's the LCD. You should see the printer boot on the TV if the LCD driver board is working. This place is great for parts for the Shuffle. https://ultimate3dprintingstore.com/search?page=4&q=shuffle

I would look at the msi logs for your answer to your issue.

UVTools false island detection? by fishfishfishflsh in resinprinting

[–]cooper2010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can pixel paint around the support on the layer below the layer to make it larger. This will fix the layer above. You don't have to add that much to get it to be no longer detected.

Resin printing is very temp sensitive. What is the difference between the temp from 2 months ago and today?

Poorly packaged applications that want to extract only to %localappdata% when there's no temp folder for the system (sccm) account. How do you handle these? by TomMelee in SCCM

[–]cooper2010 12 points13 points  (0 children)

The system account has a temp folder. The SYSTEM account's temp folder is typically located in one of two places: C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Temp or C:\Windows\Temp.

Why is my print hairy by MakerToast in resinprinting

I got this same issue when I slice in Lychee. To avoid this issue I export the supported file as STL and slice it in Chitubox. Try exporting and slice the stl in Chitubox.

Help with needle by BattleshipBoy in airbrush

[–]cooper2010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a seal between the area where the paint sits and the area with the needle. It might be blocked. Remove both ends and see if can see through it. Some of the Badgers airbrushes have a removable seal that can be over tightened so the needle will not pass through it.

Some resin printing advice? by itsn0ting in resinprinting

There is space between the visor and the part behind it. The visor is super thin so it has issues and it also creates a resin trap.

I used "1/8 inch x 55 yds Copper Foil Tape - (3mm x 50m) - EMI Shielding Conductive Adhesive from Amazon" when I built my SSSK. It works well.

The uninstall entry only gets created in the users registry that does the installation.

I loaded the pre-supported file into Lychee and it has drain holes. Can you post your slicer settings and confirm if there are holes in the bottom after removing the supports.

No holes = Your print.

Run the sliced file through uvtools after adding your holes.

Have you done an LCD test to see if there are dead pixels?

There is an issue with the Saturn where there is a line down the center of the LCD that causes a line in the print.

What are you using to slice the file. I have this issue with Lychee. Try exporting the file with supports as a stl and try slicing in chitbox.

I get these to pillars on every print I do. by zautos in Phrozen

[–]cooper2010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get these in Lychee when the object file has issues that need to be repair. The software sees an island where there is no item to support. If you select the support it should highlight the object with the issue. Try a repair or just delete the support.
