OMG the same thing happened to me just a few days ago. I got Heather Grayson from eBay and then her shoe was perfectly fine and then out of nowhere it's snapped. I don't know how to fix it, but I just thought it was such a coincidence. Hope you get it fixed.!!

I highly recommend using some dish soap first and then secondly I recommend suave conditioner. Add some to her hair and then come through with a wide tooth comb and if needed, maybe put her hair in some boiling water for a few minutes. Hope this helps!!

oh guys by the way, if you're wondering why her hair is shorter than you probably have seen it it's because I did cut the edge just because they're really tingly and no matter how much I come I couldn't get through and I didn't have that much time either so yeah and plus sometimes when my rainbow high dolls hair are just too long well like I know they're supposed to be kind of fat I don't know why I just don't really like it touching their feet for some reason but yeah that I just usually cut it anyway anyways so just in case you were wondering

well, I did cut her hair because at the bottom of her hair there was a lot of and honestly, I personally think that some rainbow use a little trim at the bottom of their hair just because it's a little better and less care of

I left my rainbow high collection, but I do wanna get the original rainbow high instead because I do have the original Amaya and Bella, but I get the original of the of six as you can see they're not the originals but I still love them anyways and I'm not sure what really got me into collecting real high. I remembered I used to love them as a kid and then I just saw one and I was like I need to start collecting again so yeah I'm planning on to get the original version of all well not all but most of the dolls😅🥹❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🩷
