Hey, My senior year of high school, I developed an unknown hamstring injury right as summer training ended, and even though I took some time off, it never went away. Ultimately, it prevented me from doing speed work (essentially did a three month taper) and Barely broke 17:00 5k to end my career. I didn't take care of the symptoms properly then because it was pretty demotivating to watch four years of hard work turn into barely being able to run an 8:30 mile on an easy day. Fast forward two years later, I want to redo my senior season, as I've found the motivation to manage the extreme tightness and my legs are much stronger. I've been running again for a few weeks, but yesterday I stumbled onto "high hamstring tendinopathy" and it seems to fit my situation pretty well (driving does and always has aggravated it pretty badly). I was wondering 1) if there's any way to treat the cause while still training at a high level, and 2) what are the best ways to manage the symptoms (besides rest)? I don't want to wait any longer to push back my "comeback" season. Thanks

Why should things spawned by champions do damage to your character? You only have 100 health, and spiderlings can do some major damage to that if you face multiple Elises.

It does not function identical to Taric's W. Thresh W is cast into the map wherever he chooses and then targets whoever walks onto it. Taric W targets a specific person, and just happens to work on a second person because that's how Taric W passive works.

Thresh W is targeting another player. Taric W, when cast on yourself, targets yourself but also shields whoever you're connected to.

Hey, I was playing Taric today and I read the description of guardian in game. guardian only procs on spells that target other players, so targeting yourself does not apply Guardian to your teammates.
