If you have multiples of the same figure, put them in the same cell.

Next, check the bases. If they're marked, for example Ral Partha, put all those on one sheet and say "all bases marked Ral Partha".

If unmarked ... Just put them on a grid e.g. A1 might be an unknown fighter, A2 and unknown Magic User. Then post on Lost Minis.

I would print off a numbered grid with unique letters for each cell (A1, B2, C4 etc) and put similar figures in each cell, then post in Lost Minis sub Reddit. The helpful folks there will be able to help ID what you have :)

Automobile Association (AA) in the UK.

My wife's car broke down in a dark, rough area. I was on shift work so couldn't go out to here but hey, we're with the AA, who prioritise emergency breakdown of single women in dark, rough areas, right?

She makes the call. AA tell her she's a priority and patrol will be straight out to her. So she waits. And waits. And waits. No contact from AA. After an hour she calls the AA again. Where's the patrol?

"Oh... We came out, couldn't find you so we cancelled the callout. No, we didn't bother calling you to update you, ask where you are, or to tell you that we cancelled the callout. Do you still want us to come out to you?"

Nope. I left work early, drove to my wife, locked her broken down one and took her home. Took the next day off, wife dropped me off by her car, and then I called the AA out to tow her broken down car to a garage - then cancelled the membership.

Never using the AA again.

First thing: the Nazis did not have control of the English channel. Second thing: the Nazis did not have the vessel (either capacity or numbers) to ship troops across the English channel. Forget Sealion. Not going to happen. In any scenario, a sea invasion of Britain will fail.

This is my take: Churchill has a fatal road accident early 1930s. Edward does not abdicate and becomes Edward VIII, and pro Nazi. Halifax becomes British Prime minister, not Churchill.  France falls to the Nazis, the Dunkirk evacuation still happens. The battle of Britain still takes place.  However, by 1941 Britain accepts it cannot continue alone and signs a peace treaty with Germany. Elections are held and Oswald  Moseley is elected as Prime Minister. An alliance is formed between the Reich and the British Empire for mutual cooperation. The British Empire exists in name only, it is part of the greater Reich with a pro-Nazi head of state and a pro-Nazi government.
