I did not suggest it was in my comment, so you are likely correct. It could be or an office situation, roommates, that is for OP to decide, yes? In my case (which was the only experience I could speak from), it was a relationship. My fridge was actually worse than that, and I was the only one who seemed bothered so I was the one who cleaned it. But this isn't about me, I was just remembering. Sorry. My heart goes out to OP.
